[edit] Criticism
Like any new school PWS has gone through its share of problems. While the management is doing its best to rectify the problems they do still exist. PWS is improving every year and is on its way to become one of the leading schools in India.
- The school cannot tollerate any form of criticism against itself and has recently banned access to wikipedia after negative facts about the school appeared on this wikipedia article.[citation needed]
- The students of PWS are not academically motivated and a large number of students fail to pass their board examinations. Discipline is also not very high in the school.[citation needed]
- The management is unable to retain teachers and changes in teachers are quite frequent.[citation needed]
- Drug use is quite common among students. Tobacco and alcohol consumption is also common among students.[citation needed]
- Tution fees are frequently increased and it is often said that the school is run as a business and not as a school.[citation needed]
