Pataflafla
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The pataflafla is a drum rudiment named for the sound it produces. It is played by leaving a 16th rest before two sixteenth notes and two alternating flams. The sticking is LRLR or RLRL. The pataflafla is most commonly used in serial with other pataflaflas with a flam in place of the initial rest. The sticking is all standard in that example.
