Pat Howell (born March 12, 1957 in Fresno, CA) is a retired american football offensive lineman.

Howell played for the National Football League Houston Oilers and Atlanta Falcons between 1979 and 1985.

Howell played college football at the University of Southern California. As a member of the USC Trojans, he was an All-American in 1978.

His son, Nick Howell, is currently an offensive lineman for USC.
