Short Trips: Past Tense is a Big Finish original anthology edited by Ian Farrington and based on the long-running British science fiction television series Doctor Who. The collection's theme is historical settings.
The story CHAOS is former script editor Eric Saward's first Doctor Who-related work since he left the series in 1986.
Like all Doctor Who spin-off media, its canonicity in relation to the television series is unclear.
