Pasquo, Tennessee

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Pasquo is a community in the U.S. state of Tennessee, located along State Route 100 in Davidson County near Bellevue. It is incorporated as part of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.

Formerly a rural area, Pasquo has experienced rapid growth in recent years as the Nashville suburbs expand westward. As Pasquo is neither considered to be a town or a census-designated place, determination of an exact population is not practicable. Pasquo is home to low-power FM radio station WRFN-LP.

Pasquo was originally settled in the late 1700s by a group from Pasquotank County, North Carolina, who named it after their previous home.

Pasquo is the location of the northern terminus of the Natchez Trace Parkway.
