Pasquale Padalino (born 26 July 1972 in Foggia) is a former Italian football centre defender.
He played one game for Internazionale Milano, against Udinese Calcio in Coppa Italia. His only cap was Italian friendly against Bosnia-Herzegovina.
As of 2006, Padalino was the Administrative secretariat of Foggia.
