Hey guys or gals. Could any of you (assuming you are different people) explain to me why User talk:67.174.86.183 is "historical"? I apologize for jumping into the middle of this, but I would really like to know what is going on here. Parrotman, without any administrator permission, we here at Wikipedia cannot allow you to freely edit User talk:67.174.86.183. I'll tell you what though, your edits to that page will forever be recorded in the page's history, and you can look back at it whenever you want.
