Let's discuss the content of this article. It definitely deserves to be edited, but removing most of the content is not the way to go about it. It is under cited, for example. It might be more productive to suggest improvements, and expand the content, reordering etc., rather than clear cutting large sections. And, please register and sign your talk comments.
