"Party's Just Begun (Again)", also known as "Party", is the debut single by Canadian recording artist Nelly Furtado. It was first released on Brokedown Palace: Music from the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. Two months before the release of Furtado's 2000 debut album, Whoa, Nelly!, a twin set of 12" vinyl records containing remixes of the planned single were sent to clubs around the United States. DreamWorks Records was unsure how to market Furtado's music because her eccelectic and unconventional style defied genre.^{[citation needed]} In turn, the label remixed the track and tried marketing Furtado as a dance artist.
