Parlington Hall

Parlington Hall was the seat of the Gascoigne family, in the County of Yorkshire, in England. It was abandoned after the death of Colonel Frederick Charles Trench Gascoigne in June 1905. His son (Col. Frederick Richard Thomas Trench Gascoigne) and heir, being in residence at another family residence Lotherton Hall to the east of Aberford on the road towards Towton, the location of the bloody battle on Palm Sunday 1461. The Hall was largely demolished in the 1950's and 60's, only the west wing remains.
