The Parliamentary Borough of Reading was a parliamentary borough represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It comprised the town of Reading in the county of Berkshire, and elected two Members of Parliament.

The parliamentary borough existed from the earliest days of Parliament, until the Representation of the People Act 1884 caused it to be replaced by the Reading parliamentary constituency in 1885. Today the area formerly covered by the parliamentary borough is within the constituencies of Reading East and Reading West.
