Parliamentarians for Global Action

Parliamentarians for Global Action is an organization of more than 1,300 legislators from more than 114 countries. It was established circa 1978 as Parliamentarians for World Order. In the United States, Rep. Jim Leach is the most prominent member. The group has world federalist leanings and promoted ratification of the International Criminal Court treaty[1].
