Parkway Parade (Chinese: 百汇广场; pinyin: Bǎihuì Guǎngchǎng) is a suburban shopping centre in Marine Parade, Singapore. Opened on 9 March 1984, it has a 17 floor office tower and a seven storey shopping centre with a basement. Developed by Parkway Holdings, the company sold the building away in 2000 to Asia Pacific Invesment Company, and is managed by Lend Lease. The mall commenced its redevelopment in March 2002 and was completed in two phases. The first phase included a new tenant mix, to reflect the positioning of the mall. This included anchor tenant, Giant on the third floor. The mall's second phase was completed in November 2003, with a brand new and expanded food court, and an alfresco dining area on Level 1. It also included the completion of the 'Waterfall' leisure and dining precinct with one of the country's tallest glass waterfall, a water play area, six food and beverage kiosks and a restaurant. The mall was fully completed in November 2003.
It has 1,184 parking lots over six levels and a medical centre on Levels 5 and 6. Plans for a cinema in 1994 has been long shelved.
