Parkinson Cowan

The Parkinson Cowan, produced by Parkinson Cowan Society, is a third-generation stove, oven, and grill set. Its distribution began around October 1997; however research and development for this project began as early as 1990.
Because the Parkinson Cowan uses third-generation technology, it is possible to supply it with either civil or military gas. It therefore gives obvious advantages for on-board baking missions (for instance on aircraft carriers), and, thanks to its portability, the Parkinson Cowan is also used in mountain refuges. These technical specifications are the cause of the discrepancy between the strictly military conception of the Parkinson Cowan and its arrival on the civil market in 1997. The economic boost for the 35-40 year-old households in meridional Europe has helped thousands of Parkinson Cowans to be sold. It is to note that the civil-military strategy, on a microeconomic view as well as in a multiregional perspective, has made possible a re-value of the dividends on the stock options market: it increased by 3.17% on the period covering January 1998 to March 1999.
