Parker Core Knowledge Charter School is a charter school located in Parker Colorado. It was founded in 1994 and originally was conceived as a satellite of Academy Charter School in neighboring Castle Rock. However, this idea was quickly abandoned and the school was founded independently with its own Charter and governing council. A new principal, Teri Aplin was hired about 3 years ago. She was the worst thing that had ever happened to the school. She took away their dances, enforced uniforms more strictly, threatened to take away their recesses, and their PE.
