Parkala is a small town near Manipal in Udupi district of Karnataka, India.

The area is dotted with paddy fields and forests. A calm and quiet place for people who want to get away from the busy streets of Manipal/Udupi.

It is approximately 7 kilometres from Udupi enroute to Agumbe/Karkala .
