Park Place at Brickell

Park Place at Brickell is a skyscraper under construction in Miami, Florida. When complete, it will be 540 feet (165 m) tall with 40 floors. It is immediately adjacent to One Broadway in Downtown Miami's southern Brickell Financial District. The building is located on Brickell Avenue between Southeast 15th and 16th Streets. The building is expected to be complete sometime in 2007. The architect is Bermello, Ajamil & Partners, Inc.
