Park Bridge

Park Bridge is situated in the Medlock Valley near the border of Oldham and Ashton under Lyne, Tameside, Greater Manchester. For over two hundred years from the 1700's to the 1900's it was the site of the Park Bridge Iron Works. Samuel Lees and Hannah Buckley are credited with establishing the iron works in 1786, they provided rivets world wide. The Eiffel Tower, Sydney Harbour Bridge & The Titanic all used their rivets in their construction.

It is now the site of the Park Bridge Heritage Center.
