Paris Michael Lenon (born November 26, 1977 in Lynchburg, Virginia) is an American football linebacker for the Detroit Lions of the NFL. He attended the University of Richmond.

Lenon attended Heritage High School in Lynchburg, Virginia and won two varsity letters each in football and basketball, and one in baseaball. In football, he played free safety and quarterback, and was named the Western Virginia District Defensive Player of the Year. Lenon graduated from Heritage High School in 1995.

Lenon signed a three-year deal with the Detroit Lions March 22, 2006.

Lenon spent the first five seasons of his career with the Green Bay Packers, where he played in 64 consecutive games upon joining the Packers' active roster in 2002.
