Paramount Airways is a full business class airline operating in India and has its headquarters at Chennai, in Southern India. It is promoted by Madurai-based Paramount Group.

The airline was launched on 19 October 2005 by the Paramount Group, a leading Indian textile manufacturer based in Madurai.

Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Kochi, Madurai, Hyderabad, Thiruvanathapuram, Delhi
Paramount had suspended its operations from Delhi, and presently operates only in South India connecting Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Madurai and Thiruvanathapuram.
With the induction of its third aircraft, they will introduce first class and also increase its daily flights to 30 from the current 20, looking at Vizag and Tirupathi as destinations from Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore and Bangalore.

As of August 2006 the Paramount Airways fleet includes a total of five aircraft:[1]
- Two Embraer 170-100LR
- Three Embraer 175-200LR
The 14 July 2005, the company placed an order for 5 planes (2 Embraer 170s and 3 Embraer 175s) at the Paris Air Show, 2005. The Embraer 170s would be taken on direct lease from the manufacturer and the Embraer 175s would be leased through GE Commercial Aviation Services. The airline is looking to place an order to 15 aircraft for with the Brazilian manufacturer Embraer, ten 86-seater Embraer 175 and five 118 seater Embraer 195 in phases within the next 36 months, with this purchase intend have a national presence, by early 2010.
