[edit] History
Founded in 1871 on Victoria Parade in East Melbourne (hence 'Parade'), increasing enrolments at the school necessitated movement to new sites at Alphington in 1953, and the present Bundoora site in 1968.
The College has the distinction of having hosted the first two Edmund Rice Camps in January 1981, which is now a worldwide movement that provides camping opportunities for needy children, families and refugees.[1]
Parade has added a new theatre,as well as plans for a swimming pool,to go along with the 2004 addition of the College hall.
