PARC Management, LLC is an operations company based in Jacksonville, Florida which operates various parks, attractions, recreation and entertainment venues throughout North America.

PARC Management was formed in 2002. Its management team includes members previously involved with other major park chains, including the original Six Flags Theme Parks,[1] Ogden Entertainment, and Alfa SmartParks.

  • Randal H. Drew: President and CEO (Ogden Entertainment)
  • Michael Jenkins: Chairman (Show Designer, Six Flags Over Texas, 1961-1971)
  • Billy J. Kirkpatrick: Chief Financial Officer
  • Richard S. Jett: VP, Corporate Development
  • Tina L. Sealey: VP, Finance
  • Russell Melton: VP, Revenue & Procurement (Sr. VP of Revenue Operation, Six Flags, 1991-95; VP of Revenue and Procurement, Alfa SmartParks, 2000-02; GM, Jazzland (now Six Flags New Orleans; Director of Retail Operations, Six Flags Great America)

[edit] Six Flags deal

On 11 January 2007 PARC Management entered into a deal with Six Flags to purchase 7 parks for $312 million. The deal is expected to be completed in March, 2007. Parks included in the sale are:

Upon completion of the sale, PARC Management is expected to immediately sell the properties to CNL Income Properties, and then lease them back for operation.[2]
