[edit] Plot

Roth has indicated that the movie will begin right where the original ended, with Paxton (Jay Hernandez) on the train. According to Production Weekly, the focus of the sequel will be on three American girls studying abroad who encounter the Elite Hunting organization. It is also reported that Hernandez's character will encounter the three female leads. Also the bubblegum gang will play a much larger role in this film. In addition, one of the planned revelations will be that the Slovak location is part of a chain. Finally, the magazine also reported that viewers will learn the operating procedures of the chain.[1]

In October 2006, Lionsgate issued a press release with further details about the plot, specifically that the movie will focus on the three American students being lured to an unknown destination by a European classmate.[2]

The film is now in post-production.
