Hold on, I'll fix up the article so it makes sense - it's a part of Garth Nix's Old Kingdom book trilogy (which has its own category and articles on things like Charter Magic and other concepts from the books). Perhaps this article could be expanded and moved to include other "technologies" and artifacts from the Old Kingdom as told in the books? Well, I'll fix this up for now, then leave it to others to decide. 85.210.183.150 19:35, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

A good start would be to actually mention it's from a book. One good thought to remember: for any article, think of someone who's never heard of this, who lands on the page by clicking "Random article" on the left. Would they know what it is? Fan-1967 19:39, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
There, fixed it up a bit, put it in its correct category. I suspect the article creator just followed a redlink in the article on Sabriel (the first book of the trilogy) and created the article from there. I still think it's quite a small subject for an article by itself and not much more can be said (even though paperwings are quite an important story element in all three of the books), so I stand by my suggestion that this could be turned into an article on other Old Kingdom technologies/artifacts. Don't have the time to do it myself right now though. 85.210.183.150 19:52, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
I've removed the CSD tag. There's enough context now to at least make it not look like nonsense. Have fun. Fan-1967 19:48, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
