I am researching Panhandle, TX. Can anyone help me with the following info?

  Are many rentals available in Panhandle?  Are houses for rent  hard to get?  What is the average cost/bedroom?  

  Where do most people work that live in Panhandle?  Do most drive to Amarillo?  What are the benifits to living in Panhandle?
   
  What is the local paper that most use for classifieds, advertising, etc?
