Pantelej is a neighborhood of Niš, Serbia. It is in Niš municipality of Pantelej.

Pantelej is located in the north-eastern outskirt of Niš. It is flat and bordered on the south by the river of Nišava, on the east by neighborhood of Durlan, on the west by neighborhood of Jagodin Mala.

Pantelej was named by the church of St. Pantelejmon.

The neighborhood is mostly residential.

There is a plan of construction of new city park in the neighborhood.
