Panna Gill

Panna Gill (born June 26, 1981 in Jharkand, India and currently living in Mumbai) is a singer who is best known for placing eighth in Indian Idol 2, the Indian version of Pop Idol. He was never in the bottom three until his elimination

He has completed schooling. His family consists of his parents, sister and brother. "I can't choose any one type of music. I get influenced by western sounds as much as traditional Indian music. Whenever I sing, I give the song my 100 per cent and fall in love with it,' said Panna, when asked about his favourite type of music. His Mentor is Harminder Gakhal, without him he would be unable to reach such heights.
