Pankritiko Stadium is a football stadium located in Heraklio on the island of Crete. The stadium was completed on December 31, 2003, and officially opened on August 11, 2004, just before the beginning of the 2004 Summer Olympics, centered in Athens, Greece, for which the stadium was host to football (soccer) matches. It has 26,400 seats.
