Paniliakos

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Paniliakos (also uncommonly Panileiakos) was founded in 1957 from the union of four teams from the city of Pyrgos (Ethnikos, Iraklis, A.E.K., Apollon). It was a vision of three people: Lampaounas, Galanopoulos and Liatsis.

Paniliakos was the team of Serbia and Montenegro international Predrag Đorđević, before moving to Olympiacos, Greece international Stelios Giannakopoulos, now of Bolton Wanderers in England, and of Vassilis Lakis, also a Greece international, now a player of AEK Athens FC.
