Panchhari is located at 23.2903° N 91.9000° E . It has 5617 units of house hold and total area 334.11 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census^GRBangladeh, Panchhari has a population of 26319. Males constitute are 52.05% of the population, and females 47.95%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 13727.
