- Disturbing, importunate, sleazy. 213.23.153.127 09:06, 14 Jul 2004 (UTC)
- Keep, are you guys for real? -- Ferkelparade 09:48, 14 Jul 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. This listing could simply be removed IMO. I don't think anons are able to list articles here, although I'm not sure there's any written policy banning it. So unless some registered user wants to sponsor this, it lapses. Andrewa 14:33, 14 Jul 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. The topic being raised, however, I'd like to suggest something less aggressive; how about a green border instead of the red one, or a table row with green background, just a thought... --Palapala 15:07, 2004 Jul 15 (UTC)
- Keep. The cost to host and maintain this site is incredible. The fundraising notice is concise, unobtrusive and informative. SWAdair | Talk 06:06, 16 Jul 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. This is only a short term message while Jimbo's interview is featured on Slashdot and has brought in almost $4000 USD since it was put up. If you don't want to see it, please add #siteNotice {display:none;} to your User:YourName/monobook.css page. If it doesn't work, try typing it twice. This should hide the message completely. We are looking into alternative ways of providing site-wide messages that people won't find so objectionable. Angela. 07:12, 16 Jul 2004 (UTC)
- Delete I agree with anon. I find the notice intrusive and annoying, and the first time I saw it, I looked on the edit page for a way to remove it. AT LEAST integrate it with non-article stuff at the top and sides rather than having it inside every single article. The Steve 06:33, Jul 16, 2004 (UTC)
