Palmer DePaulis is a politician in the US state of Utah. DePaulis served as head of the state tax commission under Governor Mike Leavitt and was mayor of Salt Lake City from 1985 to 1992. He was the first Roman Catholic mayor of Salt Lake City.
On May 17, 2006 he was announced to be the new executive director of the Department of Community and Culture by Utah Governor Jon M. Huntsman, Jr..
