Palm Springs International Film Festival

Palm Springs International Film Festival is a film festival held in Palm Springs in the U.S. state of California. It was started in 1989 and has been held annually in the January.

Michael Barker, co-President of Sony Pictures Classics, said that ths film festival is a good place to show foreign-language movies and heralded this film festival's ability to spread good word-of-mouth for movies. [1]
