Pali Hill

Pali Hill is a fashionable area in Bandra, a suburb of Mumbai, India.
Pali Hill Road was renamed Nargis Dutt Road after the wife of former Bollywood actor and Member of Parliament, Sunil Dutt.
It was and still is one of the topnotch residential enclaves of the filmworld.
Pali Hill is the Indian equivalent of Beverly Hills. Some of the most prominent residents of Pali Hill include Bollywood icon, Dilip Kumar and Sunil Dutt. Originally a thick forest nestled on a small Hill, Pali Hill saw construction in the 1890s. The area became fashionable since the moving of prominent business families of the early 20th century Mumbai. However, it became the hub of movie stars since the 1950s when Dilip Kumar bought a spacious 1920s Italian villa (48 Pali Hill), which is among one of the most outstanding residential location at the curve of the hill.
