Palanisamy

A. Palanisamy was a volleyball player from Tamilnadu, India. He represented the country in the asian games in early 60's. He hails from Sivaganga district, Tamilnadu. His nickname was Black Panther because of his dark color. He was the first ever player to receive Arjuna Award in 1961 in volleyball category. He was the coach for sivaganga district before retiring.
