The Pakistan Rangers are a paramiltary force under the control of the Pakistan Army. Its mission is to provide for the internal security of Pakistan. Afterward the establishment of Pakistan in 1947, the protection of its eastern boundaries was allotted in particular regions of Punjab Border Police Force i.e Bahawalpur State Police, Khairpur State Police and Sindh Rifles. because this force was neither correctly structured nor outfitted for the dispensed duty, as a result, in 1958 it was restructured and named as West Pakistan Rangers. After the 1971 war, this force was federalized underneath the Ministry of Defence as Pakistan Rangers and shortly in 1974, it was made component of the Civil Armed Forces (CAF) under the Ministry of Interior. The Pakistan Rangers are also very active in the nations 2nd largest city, Lahore securing important monuments and guarding national assets.
To become a ranger your height has to be at least 185 cm.
