Mindy Paige Davis (born October 15, 1969 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American actress and theater arts performer living in Manhattan. She graduated from the Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Much of her training has been in musical theater as well as dancing, and she spent two and a half years playing the role of Babette in the touring production of the Broadway show Beauty and the Beast (sometimes credited as Mindy Paige Benson). In Los Angeles, Davis also did numerous commercials and videos. She also played the role of Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway.

Television viewers know Paige Davis best as the host of Trading Spaces, the redecorating show produced by TLC. Davis became the host in 2001, replacing Alex McLeod. In January 2005, TLC announced it would transition Davis off of the show as part of a shift to a new, host-less format.

There was some media speculation that TLC's decision was in part motivated by Davis' conduct at a "Broadway Bares/Equity Fights Aids" charity event, where she reportedly performed a faux strip-tease. According to the New York Post's "Page 6" column, Davis exposed her thong and permitted onlookers to maul her breasts. Davis responded to the Post's story on the TLC message boards, claiming she had been dressed "...in a very modest, almost demure, yellow dress, cut to my sternum." She acknowledged that she had "flip[ped] [her] skirt for a second” she said that she "kept all of [her] clothes on at all times." She went on to characterize the article as "rumor and exaggeration" in its description of the event. The Post responded after Star magazine published three pictures in their July 2, 2004 issue of Ms. Davis at the event, noting that the photos showed Davis in poses that appeared to confirm the Post's version of the story.

Davis has written a book, Paige by Paige, which chronicles her television experiences.

Davis married actor Patrick Page, with whom she appeared in Beauty and the Beast, in 2001. Their wedding, Davis' second marriage, was featured on the TLC series A Wedding Story. Davis chose to keep her maiden name, saving herself from the moniker "Paige Page".

In summer 2006, she was a contestant on the CBS show Gameshow Marathon, a summer series featuring celebrities in the roles of contestants on classic game shows, with winnings going to charities selected by the participants.

Davis attended Charles H. Bird Elementary School in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin from first grade through part of fifth grade before moving to another state.
