  • Electronic tagging - controversial subject in the UK and we have nothing (the see also refs are better but neither mentions the use of these devices on criminals).--[[User:Bodnotbod|bodnotbod » .....TALKQuietly)]] 18:43, Sep 6, 2004 (UTC)
I've a friend who's tagged at the moment, so I've added what I know--Gypsum Fantastic 23:43, 12 Oct 2004 (UTC)
  • Pin - The article should not be a "disambiguation page". "Pin" has a primary meaning, namely a small metal spike that is used for fastening together objects such as sheets of paper or fabric. The other meanings are derivative of this. And the page has no discussion of actual pins! Pins have a fascinating history, and are an early example of preindustrial mass production.
    • I did not want to do anything too drastic, since I am new, but I added some information from a book I own, along with a smalll amount from Google, to the "Construction" section. I kept the "in need of attention" notice, so that a more knowledgeable person can add more insight.
      • The notice was removed, but not by me. I think it's fine the way it is, since the first link is to that primary meaning, namely Pin (device). --FreelanceWizard 22:15, 11 July 2005 (UTC)
  • Tape editing - Needs a lot of expansion; right now, it's just a non-wikified list of people that are important in the field. It doesn't say anything about the techniques, important works and why they're important, and the like. The article is, IMHO, a stub that pretends to not be a stub because it has a long list. --FreelanceWizard 09:00, 11 July 2005 (UTC)
  • Digital Audio Broadcasting Couple of the links appear to be commercial, and perhaps not relevant seeing as lots of electrical stories sell DAB products? Jasoncart 22:11, 23 Jan 2005 (UTC)
