Paddy C. Courtney is a stand up comic, who has recently began his acting and writing career. He has appeared in a few Irish and UK television Dramas, and in a few multi award winning short films: Yu Ming is ainm Dom, Fluent Dysphasia, Mac an Athar, Mebollix etc.

In 2007 he co wrote the six part drama 'Paddywackery' with the director Dan O' Hara and Paddy will play the lead role. It will be shot in March 2007 and air on television in September 2007.

He used to work as an accountant for the following firms: Bic Ireland Ltd(pen manufacturers) Seasky Express(freight forwarders) EMI Records Irl Ltd (Music Company)
