Talk:Pac-Mania
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Sue is from Ms. Pac-Man and is yellowish-orange in that game which was an code modification of Pac-Man. Sue replaced Clyde and is listed in the title sequence. Sue was added to Pac-Mania but was changed to purple to differentiate her from Clyde.
PLEASE STOP POSTING CRAP IN THE NAMCO ENTRIES GINGERFIELD !! You clearly are not well informed and your constant posting will be construed as vandalism.
FOR THE UMPTEENTH TIME SUE FIRST APPEARED IN FROM MS. PAC-MAN !! GO WATCH THE MS. PAC-MAN ATTRACT MODE TITLE SEQUENCE. ALSO THIS ACTUAL FLYER PICTURE HERE - http://www.arcadeflyers.net/?page=flyerdb&subpage=flyer&id=707&image=2
Anyone who doesn't know that fact about one of the most successful arcade games of all time is definitely uninformed and shouldn't be posting ANYTHING about any arcade game anywhere.
Sue is yellowish-orange in Ms. Pac-Man and is listed in the attract mode title sequence (the fourth ghost) and is clearly listed on the Ms. Pac-Man flyer you damned dimwit !! How many damned times do people have to say this ?? The bottom line is every time you post clearly inaccurate info it WILL BE REMOVED.
All of the game references have been removed since this isn't really relevant to Pac-Mania. This should be the end of this constant back and forth modification people.
Why are you deleting the Atari Games thing in the game info?
Because on the title screen, it clearly says (C) 1980, 1987 NAMCO LTD.
[edit] Release months aren't good
Case in point, the Dragon Saber list says 1987 10 for Pac-Mania (I verified this in the roms) but the info page for Pac-Mania in Namco Museum Volume 5 for the PS1 on Namco's own site says 1987 11 (http://namco-ch.net/nm_vol5/vol5-pacmania.html) - both sources are from Namco but one has to be a typo. Much better to simply go with the year 1987 as listed in the game's onscreen copyright. Months and especially specific days are dubious at best.
[edit] Spunky
The article calls the grey ghost "Spunky", then goes on to say that the game itself never refers to him as such. Where did this name come from? Is it a fan-made term? Someone who actually knows needs to specify. SixteenBitJorge 22:55, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
