Pacific Hills Christian School is an independent co-educational school located in the suburb of Dural, in the Hills District of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It caters for students from Prep to Year 12. The school has 3 sections: Junior School, Middle School and Senior School. The current principal is Dr. E Boyce. There are currently over 1200 students. This school is not affiliated with any particular Christian denomination. The Pacific Hills Vision is "to provide a Christian educational community as a centre of teaching and learning excellence, founded on Biblically based beliefs, values and behaviour."

The are four houses which takes the names of four famous missionaries:
- Jim Elliot (Blue) Captain: Brett Stapylton, Claire Watt
- William Carey (Green) Captain:2006 Andrew Ottley, Renee Miller ,2005 Ben Nicholson, Anna Noon
- George Müller (Red) Captain: Ben Lawson, Lauren Hobbs
- Hudson Taylor (Yellow) Captain: Chris Eagles, Shuvah Cheung
[edit] Brief history
1970's John and Robin Odell had a vision for a Christian School that integrated students with a disability into normal classroom situation 1979 Pennant Hills Christian School began in 2 rooms leased from Lutanda Children's Home. Eight students attended with Mrs Lynn McCrindle as their teacher
1983 Dr E J Boyce was appointed as the School's first Principal.
1995 The Middle School commnced operation and the new school oval was completed.
1997 Pacific Lodge at Cooma was purchased and became part of Pacific Hills.
1999 Enrolments exeeded 1000 students.
2000 Middle School blocks were completed.
2004 Junior School Building Stage 2 was completed.
2005 2 adjacent blocks to the school were purchased for additional playing fields.
[edit] Student's Christianity
Pacific Hills is famous for the students' initiative with their faith in God. There are many student-led Christian groups including FRESH (for years 9-12), Incite (year 7-8), elevate (year 5-6), Alive (years k-4), MANHOOD (for the year 12 men) and weekly prayer meetings.
FRESH is a Christian lunchtime group held for year 9-12 students. It began in 2004, conceived by student Joel Feebry. In 2006, under the leadership of some dedicated students it became famous in Christian circles for its success and passion. With 120 attendees every week, the program includes games, worship, girl-life, and fundamentally the exposition of God's word.
After the success of the Senior School group, students spread the idea to a middle school ministry in 2005. From Amanda Witt in 2005 to Brett Stapylton in 2006, the senior incite leadership group (containing mostly year 9 and year 10 students) have been an inspiration to students in years 7 and 8, by showing them the hope of the Bible in a practical way for 13 year olds.
Students are inspired by their local churches and by the great Christian leaders that are among their teachers. The students have the privilege of such teachers as Ray Evans, Tony George, Dr Barnett and principal Dr Boyce.
Dr Boyce's vision for the students is that they all at least once experience a mission trip. This is reacted to positively by the students who in 2006 will have been on mission trips to Cooma, Ukraine, Romania, Armenia, Thailand, China, Kenya and Conowindra. Mission is a great chance for the students to practice their evangilism and outreach outside the school and to experience the parts of the world that are in need.
Students, inspired by NSW Christian organisation Youth Alive, hold an annual "EXO DAY". An Assembly and a lunchtime festival are the basics of what has come to be one of the key days as far as student ministry goes in Pacific Hills. The message that life with God is excellent is preached, and is usually a blessing to all the Senior School students. In 2006 Tim Sillar and Lauren Hobbs led an amazing day which was described by one teacher as "the best day in the History of the Christianity in the students of Pacific Hills."

Pacific Hills enjoys success in a wide range of sports including: Rugby League, Cricket, Soccer, Futsal, Basketball, Rugby League sevens, Touch Football. The sporting carnivals are events within the school and participation levels are typically very high. In March 2006 House Taylor won the annual Swimming Carnival, after years of last places, ensuring enthusiastic participation in future carnivals.
