Pablo ("Pol") Amat Escudé (born June 18, 1978 in Barcelona) is a field hockey player from Spain, who won the silver medal with the Men's National Team at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia.
The striker won his first major title with the Spaniards at the 2004 Champions Trophy in Lahore. He played for the Dutch club Amsterdam in the 2005/2006 saison. In the spring of 2006 he returned home, playing for Real Club de Polo in Barcelona.
