P Funk Earth Tour

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The P Funk Earth Tour was a series of lavish P Funk concerts conducted by the Parliament Funkadelic in the 1970s, featuring absurd costumes, outrageous special effects and stunts, and some good ole Funky music. The 1977 live album Live: P-Funk Earth Tour is from these concerts.

This was followed by a series of Anti-Tours, arranged by band referee George Clinton to balance the ego-swelling effects of the Earth Tour on the band.
