Operation: P.R.E.S.I.D.E.N.T./Operation: H.O.S.P.I.T.A.L. (Protection Requires Extreme Skill Involving Democratically Elected Notable's Transportation/Hurt Operative Safely Protected In Totally Antiseptic Location) are episodes 312/38 of Codename: Kids Next Door.

[edit] Plot/Synopsis

As the students of Gallagher Elementary School interview the Fourth Grade President, the class president tells the students he's going to make school days shorter and mandatory pizza lunches during his negotiations with the school board and no one was going to stop him! The Sector V team appears and relieve the Hall Squad of their duties. For their break, the Hall Monitors leave the scene for a game of kickball. The President tells the KND that he's nervous about the negotiations, but the KND tell him not to worry. They don't let the president's assistant, Anna on board School Bus 1, because civilians can't go during the trip. Anna tells the Delightful Children that the Sector V team won't let her on board the school bus, but the Delightfuls have other plans.

As School Bus 1 leaves the Gallagher District Bus Depot and takes off for City Hall, Numbuh 3 notices an ice cream stand up ahead and didn't know the kids getting the ice cream were actually the Ice Cream Men in disguise. Numbuh 1 saw through their disguises and discovered it was a trap set by the Ice Cream Men. The bus takes off with the Ice Cream Men in their trucks chasing the bus, hoping to stop the KND from getting the president to City Hall. Numbuhs 4 and 5 manage to knock out the trucks, except for an ice cream truck carrying an Elite Ice Cream Man, who immobilizes them quickly. Numbuh 1 manages to take out the ice cream truck by releasing papers from the back bumper. Then, they notice a blockade of ice cream trucks! Numbuh 2 activates the hover mode of the school bus.

After evading the ice cream trucks, Numbuh 1 tells the president to relax. because they are out of range of the Ice Cream Men's soft-serve-to-air missiles and that things will quiet down. The president tells Numbuh 1 that he's a little jealous of him-- he's the leader of the KND, he's got a great girlfriend, but the president says he's not brave enough to fight or ask out the girl of his dreams. Numbuh 1 tells the president that he is brave and that standing up to a bunch of adults of the school board and demanding shorter school days is the very definition of bravery.

After their conversation, something appears from the roof of the bus and sucks Numbuh 2 out of the bus. It is a robotic version of the president controlled by the DCFDTL! After Numbuh 1 does a few tries at getting rid of the robot, the President gets into a fight with it and they both fall out of the emergency door. The President hanging onto the bumper kicks the President that grabbed his leg. Numbuh 1 takes the bus to City Hall, but the bus lands in the junkyard. It turns out the robot president was onboard the bus all along and Numbuh 1 orders the team to crush it via trash compactor.

Numbuh 2 delivers the president safely to City Hall and while watching the negotiations on TV at Lime Ricky's Bar, the president says in a monotone voice that school will end at 8:25, lunch breaks will not happen during school and more homework will be given out. Father then reaches into view to congratulate the President.

The story starts while a mysterious figure is walking across the street to Numbuh 5's house. While the mystery figure crosses the street, it gets hit by a car. It is taken to the hospital. The KND all bust in and Numbuh 1 enters to tell the nurse that one of their fellow operatives has been injured and every last KND Operative sent to protect the injured operative ended up getting their brains scramblified by enemy agents. Numbuh 3 grows upset and demands to know where the injured operative is. She is interrupted by Numbuh 5, who asks the nurse where Dr. Lincoln is, as he is her dad and is taking care of the injured operative. The nurse tells the KND that Dr. Lincoln is working on the injured operative in the operating room and tells the team visiting hours have ended. Numbuh 1 tells the team that they must get to the operative before the enemy agents do.

Numbuhs 2 and 5 walk down a hallway and search the rooms for the operating room. When they notice two doctors coming their way, they split up. Numbuh 2 hides in one of the rooms in the hallway, while Numbuh 5 seeks sanctuary in her father's office. She hears the phone ringing and answers it. While talking on the phone a mysterious figure locks her in!

While Numbuh 3 and Numbuh 4 are walking down a hallway, Numbuh 3 demands to know where the operating room is. One of the doctors tell her the room is on Level 5. While Numbuh 3 boards an elevator and takes off for the 5th floor, Numbuh 4 tells Numbuh 3 she must really like this operative, but doesn't like him, she loves him! Meanwhile, Numbuh 1 is walking down a hallway and is searching for the operative. He notices babies sleeping and thinks the adults are planning to turn them into adults faster and tries to set them free, but that mysterious figure that locked Numbuh 5 in her dad's office attacks him.

While Numbuh 3 is searching for the operating room, Numbuh 2 finds her and tells her that he's missing Numbuh 5 and that they still haven't found the operating room, until they see Dr. Lincoln leaving the operating room. Numbuh 3 asks him if the operative is going to be okay, but Dr. Lincoln tells them that there's nothing they could do. Maybe the doctors couldn't save the operative's life, but maybe Numbuh 2 could! While Numbuh 4 walks down the halls, he becomes a wee bit jealous of the operative and runs into the same shadowed figure who attacked Numbuh 1 and Numbuh 5.

While in the operating room, Numbuh 2 and Numbuh 3 are doing their best to save the operative's life. After many tries, Numbuh 3 asks if the operative's going to be okay. Numbuh 2 says the operative will be better than okay, but the rest is cut off when he and Numbuh 3 hear someone coming.

As the two hide, the mystery figure who attacked Numbuhs 1, 4 and 5 enters and reveals herself to be Cree! She takes out a Speedy Recovery Rainbow Monkey doll (a Rainbow Monkey doll with casts and bandages) and removes the head of the doll, revealing a drill inside! Numbuh 3 attacks Cree, refusing to let her hurt the operative, but Cree immobilizes her and Numbuh 2 and is about to scramblify the operative's brain. She removes the sheet to reveal that the injured operative was Bradley the Skunk, also known as Numbuh 6, who Numbuh 2 turned into a half-skunk, half-KND operative, half-butt-kicking machine called R.O.B.O.B.R.A.D.L.E.Y. (Robotic Operative's Ballistic Odour-Blasting Rocket-Armed Derriere Launches Extreme Yuckiness)]]. Bradley attacks Cree and quickly immobilizes her with his foul scents.

Numbuhs 2 and 3 exit the operating room. Numbuhs 1, 4 and 5 arrive and tell Numbuh 2 and 3 about Cree's presence, but Numbuh 2 tells them not to worry about it, because their friend has Cree right where he wants her. Numbuh 4 tells Numbuh 3 he knows how much she loves that operative and tells her she stinks, causing Numbuh 3 to grow furious with him. Bradley exits the operating room and Numbuh 4 asks the team why he's here. Numbuh 1 tells him he was sent to spy on Cree, and even though he managed to wind up injured, he managed to get the job done. Numbuh 4 says "You still think that stupid Skunk is your baby?" and Bradley hits him with his laser. The team decides to split before anyone finds out what they did to the operating room. Numbuh 3 asks Numbuh 4 what he was about to tell her and Numbuh 4 tells her her shoe was untied. Numbuh 3 and Numbuh 4 get into an argument about the shoe being untied or not. When Dr. Lincoln returns to the operating room, he finds Cree in there and smells the smell Bradley created and says he must operate to remove Cree's sweat glands, but Cree tries to tell her dad that her sister and her friends caused all the mayhem.
