P.O.D. put together this demo tape in 1992 to give people an idea of their sound. This album is also the only album featuring Gabe Portillo, their original bass player. Tracks 1, 2, 3, and 6 are also on their album Snuff the Punk; however they are not the same versions, as the Snuff the Punk versions were recorded with Traa Daniels as opposed to Gabe.
