P.L.O.O.P. -- short for "Powerful Loyal Order Of Princes," which also accepts evil Princesses (They're equal-opportunity villains) -- is the name of an evil organization in the American-created second season of Duel Masters.

P.L.O.O.P. is an organization that wants to use the creatures of all civilizations to take over Earth by using Dark Deck Disks to control them. There are actually thousands of P.L.O.O.P.S. and most of them are unnamed. Shobu Kirifuda has fought and defeated each member in each Civilization lands. Their final plot came in when they made an evil shadow by filling a volcano to fill the Civilization Lands with enough energy in their thanks to their Dark Bolshack Dragons. Shobu and co. defeated them in their final battle against the core P.L.O.O.P. members and their Dark Amulet decks were destroyed. What happened to the P.L.O.O.P.s after that was unknown.

  • Prince Irving the Terrible (Jamieson Price) - Encountered in the Light Civilization.
  • Prince Melvin the Conqueror - Encountered in the Water Civilization.
  • Prince Wilbur the Great - Encountered in the Nature Civilization.
  • Prince Maurice the Merciless - Encountered in the Darkness Civilization.
  • Prince Eugene the Mean (Bob Papenbrook) - Encountered in the Fire Civilization. Eugene used to be a dueling champ in the good world - he even beat Knight! In the season 2 episode "Deck Me Baby One More Time" Knight and Eugene meet and Knight explins what happened. Eugene also says "I used to duel for trophies. Now I duel for money."
