That is an incomplete evaluation. The photograph is a Derivative work of the objects that are photographed. See also Commons:Derivative works for a fuller exposition of this principle of copyright law. __meco 21:02, 23 November 2006 (UTC)
Decided to keep. The Rolex watch depicted is a "utility article," not a work of art. The background is just an enlargement of the watch showing no additional creativity. -Nv8200p talk 14:57, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
