Oyens is a city in Plymouth County, Iowa, United States. The population was 132 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.2 km² (0.1 mi²), all land.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 132 people, 48 households, and 39 families residing in the city. The population density was 566.3/km² (1,405.9/mi²). There were 48 housing units at an average density of 205.9/km² (511.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 100.00% White. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.03% of the population.

There were 48 households out of which 39.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 75.0% were married couples living together, 4.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 16.7% were non-families. 14.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 2.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.75 and the average family size was 3.03.

In the city the population was spread out with 27.3% under the age of 18, 6.8% from 18 to 24, 34.1% from 25 to 44, 23.5% from 45 to 64, and 8.3% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 33 years. For every 100 females there were 116.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 134.1 males.

The median income for a household in the city was $53,333, and the median income for a family was $52,500. Males had a median income of $25,714 versus $25,833 for females. The per capita income for the city was $17,969. There were no families and 2.0% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and none of those over 64.
