User:Outsiderart

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Please make your case on the talk page for the Outsider Art article if you think my edits are inappropriate: others can then weigh in, and a concensus sought. I don't think there's a "stink of weirdness" to my interest in making the article (including the external links) concise and to the point. (I do detect a whiff of personal attack in your remarks, though, which is a serious policy violation among Wikipedians.) If you call my edits acting as a "gatekeeper," well, yes, to an extent that's what an editor does--keeps out inessential material. You can also post an RFC (Request for Comment by other users) if you think that I or another user is editing improperly, but it is best to try to address the problem on the talk page first. I've stated my reasoning about the links there. BTfromLA 21:22, 23 July 2005 (UTC)
