Out Of Business is the last album from Hip Hop duo EPMD, who changed their acronym for the release, from Erick & Parrish Making Dollars to Erick & Parrish Millennium Ducats. This effort proved to be their least successful, critically and commercially, this being their only album not to be certified Gold.
A Limited Edition version of the album was also released, with a bonus Greatest Hits disc, featuring tracks spanning from 1987 to 1997.
